<>The Hilton Downtown Riverside
The Hilton Downtown Riverside is providing discount rates of $129 a night for runners for Friday and Saturday night before the race. The Hilton has been completely remodeled and a Ruths Chris Steakhouse has replaced the River View Restaurant. Please reserve your room early. We have a block of 50 rooms reserved Saturday night, as well as some Friday night, at the discount rate. After those 50 rooms are reserved, or on October 7th, whichever comes first, the rate will increase to $199 and up, depending on availability. River Taxi service and Trolley bus service to the Battleship is available to all runners from 6am until 7:30 on race morning from in front of the HIlton. On Sunday (Race Day) all transportation is free.
You must reserve your room by Tuesday, October 9th to get the discount rate.

The EXPO and PACKET PICKUP WILL BE HELD AT THE BATTLESHIP from 12:30 PM until 5:30 PM Saturday afternoon November 8th. You must pay to park downtown in metered spots on Saturday or you WILL get a ticket. Parking in all metered spots in FREE Sunday.

Call the local Hilton at (910) 763-5900 to obtain the discount rate. You must mention the Battleship Race and reserve your room early to obtain the $129 rate.

The Inn Keeperat 5345 Market Street, (910) 799-4292 has a race discount rate of $65, breakfast at 5:15 AM race morning, and late check out at 2:00 PM on Race Day. It is 10 minutes from the River Taxi and trolley bus pickup point at the Hilton Hotel on Water street. You must call the local number to receive the discount rate. From the Inn Keeper, drive straight down Market St from the hotel. Market Street dead ends into Water Street. Take a right and you will see the the Hilton right in front of you.

The Hampton Inn Medical Park is a 10-minute drive from the shuttle trolley and River Taxi pickup point at the Hilton Hotel on Water Street. The discount rate is $89 for a room with (2) queen beds, $99 for a King bed and Study with a pullout sleep sofa and microwave. All rooms have a wetbar and refridgerator. You must reserve by October 9th to receive the discount rate. After that date the rate will increase depending on availability. In order to receive the discount rate - Call the local Hampton at (910) 796-8881 and tell them you want the Battleship Race discount rate.
Directions - From the Hampton, take 17th Street to Market Street (its about 2.5 miles to Market st), turn left on Market toward downtown. It dead ends on Water Street, turn right, the Hilton in right in front of you. This where you get transportation to the race.
